Build

A small group training workout for those looking to gain strength and build muscle. This workout is centered on compound movements utilizing Dumbbells, Cables & Barbells in groups of no more than 10. Whether you're a beginner or advanced lifter, Bodymass Trainers will help enhance technique, understand movements and build a stronger you.
Consistent clients with packages or unlimited will receive a sheet to track their program progress over each 4 week increment.
Bodymass Build is 55 minutes.
Monday/Thursdays are Upper Body Workouts
